Recently, according to customer requirements, GoGo Instruments customized an external four-probe heating/cooling stage for the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) for on-site testing. The GoGo Instruments external four-probe heating/cooling stage is designed for electrical testing under variable temperature conditions during material research, capable of characterizing how the electrical properties of materials change with temperature during both heating and cooling processes.

The external four-probe heating/cooling stage enables high-precision XYZ displacement by adjusting external probe arms to position the internal probes. This customized product utilizes liquid nitrogen cooling and resistance heating to achieve precise temperature control within the range of -190°C to 400°C. It can be integrated with electrical instruments (such as source meters, multimeters, etc.) for in-situ variable temperature testing.
