This customized vacuum probe heating/cooling stage utilizes liquid nitrogen cooling and resistance heating to achieve precise temperature control within the range of -100°C to 200°C. It can be integrated with electrical instruments (such as source meters, multimeters, etc.) for in-situ variable temperature testing. This product features a customized vacuum chamber.
