Customized External Four-Probe Heating/Cooling Stage for Zhejiang University

According to customer requirements, GoGo Instruments has customized an external four-probe heating/cooling stage for Zhejiang University. The externally adjustable probe heating/cooling stage is designed for electrical testing of materials at different temperatures, capable of characterizing how the electrical properties of materials change with temperature during both heating and cooling processes.


This customized external four-probe heating/cooling stage enables high-precision XYZ displacement by adjusting external probe arms to position the internal probes. Utilizing liquid nitrogen cooling and resistance heating methods, it achieves precise temperature control within the range of -190°C to 400°C. It can be integrated with electrical instruments (such as source meters, multimeters, etc.) for in-situ variable temperature testing.
