The GoGo Instruments SC160-RG: Our stage provides five-axis (X/Y/Z/R/T) manipulation within the FIB/SEM chamber. It delivers cryogenic cooling down to -160°C, enabling in-situ real-time cooling of samples. This significantly reduces electron beam damage and is capable of maintaining hydrous or liquid-containing samples in a continuously frozen state.
