Our SEM Heating/Cooling and Tensile Stages enable direct integration into most SEM chambers without modification via external vacuum flanges. By providing precise thermal and mechanical control, these stages ensure high stability for real-time observation of dynamic microstructural processes. They are fully compatible with major SEM brands including Zeiss, Hitachi, Thermo Fisher, and GIANT QUANTUM.
The GoGo Instruments SCH200: Temperature Range-190℃~200℃,Temperature Stability±0.1℃.Our stage requires no internal modifications to the SEM. Utilizing a custom external flange assembly, it enables precise multi-mode temperature control (setpoint, ramp, and segment programming) for real-time observation of dynamic microstructural processes. The system is engineered with superior electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding capabilities.
