The Vacuum Transfer Kit is designed for the safe transfer and handling of samples under vacuum conditions. By creating a sealed vacuum environment, it significantly limits the sample's direct contact with air. When battery liquid needs to be transferred into a glove box for further operations, the vacuum transfer kit ensures this process is completed within a vacuum environment, effectively isolating the sample from oxygen and moisture in the air.
After the battery liquid sample is transferred into the glove box via the vacuum transfer kit, the inert gas atmosphere maintained within the glove box (such as nitrogen or argon) provides an additional protective layer for the sample. This effectively isolates it from impurities in the external air, preventing contamination of the operational process. The combined use of the vacuum transfer kit and the glove box greatly enhances the purity of the battery liquid during testing and handling phases, thereby ensuring highly accurate experimental data and reliable results.
