On-Site Testing of Guoyi Quantum SEM Scanning Electron Microscope

A scanning electron microscope (SEM) is a large-scale precision instrument used for high-resolution micro-area morphological analysis. It features a large depth of field, high resolution, intuitive imaging, strong stereoscopic effect, a wide magnification range, and the ability to rotate and tilt the sample under test in three-dimensional space. Additionally, it offers the advantages of analyzing a wide variety of sample types, causing almost no damage or contamination to the original sample, and simultaneously obtaining morphological, structural, compositional, and crystallographic information.


Currently, scanning electron microscopes are widely used in research fields such as life sciences, physics, chemistry, forensics, earth sciences, materials science, and industrial production.


Guoyi Quantum's tungsten filament scanning electron microscope (SEM3200) is a high-performance, widely applicable general-purpose tungsten filament SEM. It delivers excellent imaging quality, is compatible with low vacuum mode, and achieves high-resolution images across different field of view ranges.



↑ GoGo Instruments SEM Heating/Cooling Stage ↑


The GoGo Instruments SEM Heating/Cooling Stage is an SEM accessory that provides in-situ variable temperature testing for samples, mounted directly on the standard SEM sample stage (without requiring internal modifications to the microscope). Temperature control for the sample on the heating/cooling stage is achieved via an external flange device. The highest temperature stability after reaching equilibrium can be up to ±0.1℃. The achievable temperature range for variable temperature testing is -185℃ to 200℃, meeting the needs for in-situ microstructural characterization of material phase transitions at high and low temperatures.

The SEM in-situ heating/cooling stage is suitable for high/low temperature structural studies of various samples within a scanning electron microscope and is fixed onto the existing sample stage.

GoGo Instruments customized the SEM heating/cooling stage for Guoyi Quantum to work with the Guoyi Quantum tungsten filament scanning electron microscope (SEM3200) for on-site testing.


On-site testing scene at -180℃ to 100℃ with the Guoyi Quantum SEM


Temperature control is stable with an accuracy of ±0.1℃; no electromagnetic interference during the heating process.
