Custom XRD In-Situ Heating Stage Adapted for Rigaku X-Ray Diffractometer for On-Site Testing
GoGo Instruments Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. specializes in temperature control technology, offering a range of patented products including probe heating/cooling stages, optical heating/cooling stages, in situ stretching stages, in situ XRD/SEM heating/cooling stages, ultra-high-temperature heating stages, and high/low-temperature test chambers, as well as testing systems for dielectric thermal spectra, electrocaloric effects, charge-discharge testing, and variable-temperature D33 measurements.
Recently, based on customer requirements, GoGo Instruments customized an XRD in-situ heating stage for Wenzhou Institute of Zhejiang University, adapted for on-site testing with a Rigaku X-ray diffractometer. This custom XRD heating stage serves as a variable-temperature testing accessory for X-ray diffractometers, enabling sample testing under variable temperatures and supporting testing under environmental conditions of air/inert gas/vacuum.
The GoGo Instruments XRD in-situ heating stage is suitable for X-ray structural studies of powder and sheet samples under variable temperatures. It supports customization of sample holders for adaptation to various existing X-ray diffractometers (brands such as Bruker, Thermo Fisher, Rigaku, and other optical instrument manufacturers). The product features a replaceable top cover, allowing it to function as a conventional heating/cooling stage, and offers adjustable height to accommodate samples of different thicknesses.
